Continuing our hikes leaving from the Iron Belle Trailhead at Richfield Twp. Park next to the BMX Bike parking area. Bring a headlamp (red light preferred) or a flashlight as it will be dark as we finish our hike.

20 miler prep hike. Qualifying hike for Hiking Merit Badge. A minimum of 3 sessions are recommended prior to the 20 mile hike. 4 total 10 mile hikes will be needed for the new requirements of the hiking merit badge. Come prepared for the weather. Sunscreen if it is sunny or cloudy, rain jacket if liquid sunshine is expected and a couple bottles of water would be good. Please wear appropriate footwear that is not loose. Loose shoes will result in hot spots or blisters and will not be fun.
